Overview

The Billing page offers rate plan information, complete and easy-to-see reports of all your billing, and payment settings.

Here you can:

  • change your rate plan;

  • add optional services;

  • check and refill your account balance;

  • activate promotional codes;

  • track your bills;

  • view your account balance report;

  • manage your payment methods.

Navigation

There are 4 ways to open the Billing page:

3. Click [e-mail] and choose Profile to enter your account settings. Then click Billing in the navigation bar to open the page:

On opening the Billing page, the default tab you will land on is the Balance tab:

Account balance

Current assets are shown in the Balance section.

Moreover, here you will see an approximate billing period. It is automatically calculated by the system on the basis of your current plan rate and other enabled options.

Promo code

A promotional code can be added in the section at the lower right-hand corner of the screen. Click the Activate button to activate the code:

If the code you typed in is correct you will need to confirm the activation request by clicking Enter in account. To cancel it, click Back:

If the code you typed in is incorrect the system will report the error. To enter the code again, click Back:

Services

Rate plans and extra services are located on the Balance page in the Costs details section:

Rate plan management

The current rate plan and its daily charge is displayed in the Rate row.

To view all the rate plans, click on the row:

Each rate plan view shows the following details:

  • daily charge;

  • options included by default;

  • a maximum number of visitors per month;

  • a maximum number of projects per month.

Your active rate plan is marked as "Current rate".

To change your rate plan, find the plan you would like to switch to and click the Choose button.

Options management

The number of enabled options and the total daily charge are displayed in the Additional options row.

To view details, click on the row:

Default options included into your current rate plan are marked as "plan includes".

To add other options, click the enable buttons next to the options.

To disable additional options, click connect.

Calltracking costs details

The number of tracking phone numbers you have and the total daily charge are displayed in the Calltracking row.

If you click on the row, you'll see the row Subscription fee with duplicate information:

Total daily charge

Your total daily charge for the rate plan and options you selected is calculated automatically and displayed in the row Amount for today:

Payment methods

To make payments or replenish your balance account, open the Balance tab and click the Add funds to the balance button...:


… or open the Bills tab:

After clicking the Add funds to the balance button, the dialog window with payment options will show up:


Enter the amount you'd like to top up.

You will find a hint to the right of the field. Here you can see the amount that the system offers you to top up with (it is calculated for the next 30 days) and the minimum payment.

 

We offer several options for you to pay:

1. E-mail the bill – pay with payment order (form of non-cash settlement);

2. Credit card (Visa, MasterCard) – make online credit card payment;

3. PayPal – pay through an electronic payment system PayPal.

 

Payment order

If you choose a payment order method, you can get an invoice:

  • via e-mail: type your e-mail address into the Send by Email field and click Refill:

  • via default e-mail: if a payment order method is set as the default method, click Refill:

  • download immediately: click the download the bill link. The download will start immediately:

 

WARNING

Money is not transferred into your account immediately after the payment is done. Firstly, the company will receive your funds transfer (it can take up to a few days to process), and then, the funds will be transferred to your account.

To speed the payment process, you can send a scanned copy of your receipt to our support service via e-mail.

 

Online credit card payment

To make online credit card payment, select the corresponding radio button and click Proceed to payment. You'll then be taken to the payment page:

 

WARNING

Money is transferred into your account immediately after the payment is done.

 

Paypal payment method

To pay through an electronic payment system PayPal, select the corresponding radio button and click Proceed to payment. You’ll then be taken to the PayPal website:

Bills

An e-bill is automatically created after you are taken to the payment page, or confirm that you choose a payment order method, or click the download the bill link.

All the e-bills are displayed on the Bills tab. They are divided into 3 groups:

  • All – all the user's e-bills;

  • Unpaid – a bill is unpaid until the transaction is concluded;

  • Paid – a bill is paid when the transaction is concluded.

Each bill is listed in a separate table row.

The table shows the following bills' data:

  • Bill Number – the number of a bill;

  • Creation Date – the date when a bill was generated;

  • Amount – the sum of money to pay;

  • Status – the current status of the payment: «New» or «Paid»;

  • Status Change Date – the date when the payment status was changed the last time;

  • Payment method – the chosen payment method. There can be 4 statuses:

    • The bill is not paid – corresponds to unpaid bills;

    • Via e-mail – corresponds to the bills paid by the payment order method;

    • Credit card (Visa, MasterCard) – corresponds to online payments with credit cards;

    • PayPal – corresponds to the bills paid through PayPal.

 

All unpaid bills can be paid on the Bills tab:

Balance and payment history

All account activity is displayed on the History tab.

The payment records can be grouped:

  • by day – click the Sort by days button;

  • by week – click the Sort by weeks button.

To view the records for a day or a week, click on the row you wish:

The table shows the following parameters:

  • Date – a period (day or week) when minimum 1 account activity is registered;

  • Activity – the type of your account activity;

  • Amount, r. – the amount paid (in rubles);

  • Balance, r. – the funds remaining on your account (in rubles).

Settings

We offer some options to make your payment easier and faster:

  • you can configure automatic top-up if you don't want your account being disabled temporarily because of the lack of funds;

  • you can save the payment method in order to avoid entering the same data each time you make a payment or top up the account balance.

 

These options are configured on the Settings tab:


Auto balance refund

In the Auto-refill section change the switch to the "Auto-refill has been enabled" position.

Then, set the automatic payment amount and the low balance amount when your account must be "recharged".

To save the settings, click Save.


 

WARNING

It is necessary to configure the default payment method to complete the auto balance refund settings.

Default payment method

In the Method of payment section you can enter an e-mail where you can receive your invoices.

To do this, select the E-mail the bill radio button and type your e-mail address into the Send by Email field. To save the settings, click Choose.

Then, your e-mail address will appear in the section:

To put another e-mail address, click the Choose another payment method link, select the E-mail the bill radio button once again and type a new e-mail address into the Send by Email field. To save the settings, click Choose.

Then, the new e-mail address will be displayed:
